The carabiner clips are well made and feels sturdy in
hand. Each one is 3 1/8 long and 1 ¾
wide. Basically, weightless with bright
easily identifiable colors. These come 2
to a box in the same color, or 4 to a box with two different colors. The
snag free hooded nose is excellent for preventing rips or tears in clothing or
other items. Unlimited light weight use,
keys, water bottles and more. A must
have for camping and other outdoor activities.
We use them on our boat and jet skis.
Perfect for tying jet ski’s together, using a parachute cord or light
rope. For an anchor (clips right on to
eyebolts on ski or small boat). Easily
hooks and unhooks. Using them in
saltwater no worries about them rusting.
Rated for 2697 lbs., have not really tested for that
claim, only played tug of war with carabiner on a fence (held up
perfectly). Very strong, capable of
handling lot of weight. These are not
for climbing. Note the proverbial weak
link has always been the wire gate clip (and always will be). The wire gate is well suited for this size
carabiner, I have seen many flimsy gates, but this one seems more than
adequate. Overall seems to be a very
good value. The carabiner on sold on Amazon!
