received a free sample of #Themotabs from the #Upside Community. I always ask
my Doctor before taking any supplement. I tried the Thermotabs out and it does
help with muscle cramps and fatigue after being out in the sun all day. Take
one tablet with a full glass of water.
The tablets are alittle on the big side and not coated making them hard
to swallow. It helps to keep your
electrolytes balanced. It also gently releases
salt. A nice supplement for the athletic, working
out in the sun or for exercising.
