This knife set is wonderful.

needs. Ceramic knives are meant to be
hand washed and not placed in the dishwasher.
Since the knives are ceramic there is no metal taste on your
vegetables. I like that they come with a
blade cover, so when placed in the draw there is no accidental cuts when
reaching for the knives. A superlight
set of ceramic knives which provide easy slicing, dicing and cutting. The handles are comfortable to grip and
use. These knives are extremely sharp
and provide a smooth cut. Ceramic knives
do not rust. I can slice potatoes,
carrots, melons, apples and more with ease.
Slicing an onion is amazing with ceramic no more tears while slicing an
onion. A set of knives that every
kitchen needs. Makes a great Holiday
