nicely. The cold shoulder look is
in. The blouse is very light and comfortable
to wear. I can pair it with jeans,
leggings, dress pants or capris and it looks fantastic. The strappy shoulder adds just the right amount
of bare shoulder. The length of the blouse is not long or short it’s just
