The ortho cushion is wonderful, there’s no turning back after you start using the cushion.  Not only is it comfortable to seat on and it has improved my posture and back pain.  I can even take the cushion in the car for relief.  The bottom of the cushion has a non- slipping surface to keep it in place.  You can remove the cover and toss it in the machine for washing.  An orthopedic cushion that has many benefits.  With it being breathable you are not sweating or feeling hot while sitting on the cushion.  The cushion provides relief for Sciatica, my husband uses the cushion also and says it helps him.   The cushion fits nicely on a dining room chair, a wheelchair or even sitting on the sofa.
