If you sous vide cook, this is the cookbook you need.  When the cookbook arrived I looked through the recipes and was amazed how much you can actually cook with a sous vide machine.  This is not just a cookbook of recipes, there’s a section on cooking times, temperatures, introduction, searing and of course recipes.  In the book in explains the difference between using a vacuum sealer vs chamber sealer. Another favorite in the book is the page that shows the difference between the sous vide cookers on the market.  This cookbook is user friendly, well written and excellent illustrations.  Inside you will have your sauces, spices, marinades, meats, soups, vegetables, drinks and desserts.  Another favorite section is how to use cast iron pans, the grill or even a torch.  This cookbook will have you cooking up a storm in no time.  I have learned so many new recipes, drinks, technics and more.  A must have to go along with your sous vide precision cooker.  You will be cooking just like a chef with this superior cookbook.  The title of the cookbook says it all “Effortless” The coffee crusted New York Strip Lion was excellent.
